Re: Marty and Robert
"Twenty-one." Marty said and shrugged, it was just the way Savannah was really, none of them could deny that. "You just let me know then." He smirked, he still wasn't even at the point where he liked Robert, he didn't particularly want to kill the guy for looking at Savannah today - so he'd take that bit and joke with the guy and count it as good.
"I'm thirty-four, and believe me I know, I've heard it all." He assured him. "I didn't really plan on any of this happening, she was just supposed to be ... I don't know, she had a rough time at the start and we became friends and it all just kind of got away from me after that." He shrugged, he didn't need to get into all the details of how things had gone with Savannah, not yet anyway. If it turned out he and Robert got on well enough maybe he could make an attempt at explaining it, and then Robert could join in with Sam and Callen telling him just how bad he was at this relationship stuff - it'd be good for family bonding. "I don't even do relationships, but I love her - that's the best I can tell you."
"I'm sure Monte Carlo would be great, and if you can manage to swing that past Hetty then I'm all for it." Marty chuckled.
