Parker nodded, crossing her arms over her chest while she looked around the room at the people gathered, people trying to look upset, trying to pay the proper sort of respect for a person they had barely known who hadn't been able to deal with the situation in which they had all found themselves, and she supposed more than anything, more than grief and more than fear this had shown them all what could have happened to them had they been any less than they were.
"I do it because I'm good at it." She shrugged, she did it because it kept her busy and it gave her something to do and she liked money, she liked having it and she liked knowing that she could do it - it made her happy. "It's not about the things." Parker didn't like things, she liked money.
