"Do I look like a girl who lives on salad alone?" she asked, raising her eyebrows and giving him a pointed look. "After hearing you and Savannah moan about the lack of barbecue action, I'm going for the meat."
"Seeing you on the football field; that's about as happy as I've seen you since you've been here. Sorry we're not very good," She'd felt bad for both Tim and Savannah as it was obvious they were taking it more seriously than most of the others and Tim, especially, had a skill that nobody else really had. "I'm glad I was on your team. Something tells me that being tackled by you wouldn't be as fun as I might hope."
"Nope," she said honestly. "Not beyond games like this - Playing with friends and all that. There were always a few games going on at the bases if the weather was good and there was enough people willing to play. Helps that I don't mind tackling people or getting dirty," she added, grinning.
