Re: Savannah/Marty
"You're so kind. I don't know how I got so lucky to end up with such a brilliant and forgiving girlfriend who will give me the time to work m way up to her brilliancy." Marty chuckled while Savannah went right on teasing him. "There is running, most people don't play with tackling, but I suppose you could." He shrugged Marty had always believed there were some rules made to be broken, and when the rules concerned game play he always went for the 'why not' option. "Though maybe we want to save showing people just how bad they are for the next time we play football, and have frisbee just be a for fun activity."
He snorted when she mentioned Sam's two expressions. "Well I'm not Callen or Sam so I can't say whether or not it's just the way I relate to the job or not." He reminded her. "You know me though, I don't tend to let people see how what they've said has or hasn't affected me, that sort of thing is for me to know. And sometimes it's that I know there is something more important than getting upset over something fleeting, or sometimes I'm just taking the time to think it over instead of reacting on the fly." He shrugged, there were a lot of different reasons for why he was the way he was and for the reasons he reacted the way he did to some things.
"Did you want me to get upset? Because I can always make him trip over his own feet if that'll make you feel better." He offered with a smirk dropping his voice low where only she would hear, the idea was just a little tempting. "Oh stop it or I really will have to hurt him." He said laughing though. "He does play football better than me, it's hardly fair though since he comes from Texas."
