Re: Savannah/Marty
"You ever think maybe a game where half the people have never even played before might not be the best time to take it seriously?" He wondered, more curious than anything, because it was obvious Savannah cared about this - or at the very least she was taking it seriously. Far more seriously than a game meant to be a fun break for them really warranted.
"You had fun though right?" He asked, brushing his fingers through her hair at the side of her face. "It wasn't all just frustration at not playing a whole game?" He'd noticed her moods had still been a bit off recently, not quite what they'd been, not quitting ICIS but just off in little ways. Off enough for him to notice things still weren't completely right.
He grinned and kissed her, "Thanks." He couldn't help the way his eyes drifted to Tim when Savannah called him pretty, just briefly and just long enough for him to decide that though maybe there was something there that made him not like Tim as much as he might have normally it wasn't enough that he wanted to kill him. "Yeah well the guy knows how to take a hit, that much is for sure." And he knew how to hit too as Marty's shoulder could certainly attest to.
