"Now that'd be a change." He chuckled softly shaking his head, but it was probably a good idea, especially since he knew it was coming. At least then he wouldn't be taken off guard.
Marty kissed her and smiled for a brief moment before he sighed. "You are important to me." He told her, "And I hope you don't need me running around like a psychopath to know that." He knew what she was doing of course, reassuring despite the reality of what he'd done. Letting him at least for a moment focus on that and not on Sam dying.
"Careful with those compliments or they'll start going right to my head." He warned her with a small teasing smile. And then listened while Savannah told him about what she'd been thinking about. He tried really hard not to let himself freak out about it, because Savannah said right there that she didn't want a child - at least not right then was the implication though. This wasn't about him and his issues, this was about her and what she wanted and so he nodded. "I think if Callen gives you the go ahead to let the tests happen you should do it if that's what you want."
