Oliver mimicked Tommy's position, facing him, wearing a dark expression. "I'm aware that I'm not the only one with issues or problems, but that doesn't make them any less real, just like your addiction isn't just something you get over. You're working your ass off to stay clean and I'm working on being human without the act. So I can't take my fucking shirt off in public. I can take it off in front of you without any discomfort and I think that's a hell of a lot more important," he said.
"You are my friend, and I'm not going to stop watching your back even if you want me to or think that someone else can do it, even youself. I'm not going to lose you."
