Summary: the rifts keep on opening
Leon was tired. It wasn't the training. He wasn't as fit as Sam Hanna, but then very few people were, still he could hold his own. He'd never used his position as an excuse to let himself go. He worked hard to stay fit. So no, it wasn't the training, but the universe.
It sounded ridiculous, but it was true. There were dimensional opening a lot more frequently now. He hadn't felt any people moving through them, but there seemed to be too many, happening too fast, all around the country. He could feel the doorways to new dimensions, some that he'd never felt before. It would have been fascinating if his gut didn't tell him that something was seriously wrong. They needed to move and soon.
Writing things down was not something he enjoyed. Leaving evidentiary proof behind was not in his style, but he had no choice. He started writing a letter to Deeks with instructions. It might never be needed, but Leon planned ahead. It went with the letter to his wife and children, and the one he wrote his leads, updating the situation and the new people. Hopefully, none of those letters would be ever delivered, but he still planned. With that out of the way, he moved to more immediate concerns.

Something is happening with the dimensional openings. They are occurring at a much frequent pace, in different part of the countries, and leading to different dimension. There is a random quality to it. Very unpredictable and unstable.
We need to leave sooner rather than later. You're off from training until we're ready to go. Anything or anyone you need is at your disposal. Just give the orders as needed. Anything that needs to be brought with us for long term usage of the machine should be obtained and packed. ANYTHING you deem necessary takes precedence

Gentlemen,
As you can imagine after having read the first email, I want everyone ready to deploy at a moment's notice. Trucks need to be packed with everything for long term survival. Mr. Kinney and Ms. Jones have lists of everything we need from extra clothes to ammo to drugs. Work with them to make sure that everything is in the trucks. Cars should always have a full load and be packed.

Mr. Deeks,
It's becoming obvious that something is wrong with the stability of this dimension. We might have to move before we are ready to find the right dimension. Should anything happen to me, there are letters with instruction, but the most important is a much simpler one: do what you have to. The good of the group is our most important goal.
As a corollary to that, I do not know if staying here will be safe for anyone at this point. It might be something to share with the people who left us. Opinions on the matter?
