That all works for me and I know I'm tossing this out late in the day, so to speak. But, what if we did cooking rotations? When we get where we're going, it's very likely not to be feasible to stop and have everyone cooking at the same time. There will be other things to get done to keep everyone safe. What if we did both lunch and dinner there, but had a group on rotation dealing with cooking both meals? Or even two, one prepping lunch and one prepping dinner, neither out of training for the whole day.
Just a thought. The other's fine. But this just came to me while thinking about your ideas for snacks and lighter meals throughout.
