Re: Savannah/Marty
He grinned and nodded. "That's one thing I think we'll always agree on." He assured her chuckling and snorted. "Yes, you're very lucky to have me around to make you aware of just how evil you can be." It was perhaps a little ridiculous, but then that was Marty. He did things like that and he liked that Savannah let him.
"I think I'd have to be ten times as tense to come anywhere close to even a halfway decent impression of Callen." Marty told her with a small grin. Nothing but a lot of people having a good time and a lot of people to keep an eye on just in case. True, nothing had happened but that didn't mean it couldn't have happened. "I can think of a lot better ways to be surrounded with people than by jamming millions of people into that small amount of space."
"Just because." He shrugged, it was for a lot of reasons really all of which Marty felt just a little odd talking about here with the rest of the team all gathered around watching the games, maybe he'd give her a list of everything he loved about her another time - but not tonight. He chuckled a little ruefully when she told him she'd take care of everything else, even when it was time to propose. He thought it said a lot that he didn't so much as freak out about the idea of a proposal at some point in the future as he just sort of groaned inwardly at the thought. "That right there though, is one of many reasons for it."
