"But they still do it for just about everyone. Admit it, it's more than we would do." He wouldn't imagine caring enough for any of them to throw them a party or organize an outing, unless it was an excuse for him to do something he wanted to do. "I'm sure TJ and his family do, but I'd rather go out without his family. I have no interest in discussing politics that will never apply to us."
Tommy sighed. "Yeah, too bad." He raised his eyes and looked at TJ. Two by four, he'd have to focus on that and not the other type of wood, because that started more confusing thoughts.
