Mr. Deeks,
We are in need of new IDs. Unfortunately, we do not have the capabilities here. I plan on going to the island tomorrow. I'll take with me Nell, Kinney and John. We might as well include Callen and Bolton to work on the plane since they won't get as much time. While there, I was thinking of taking a truck and transporting some of the furniture. Let me know who you want to send for that purpose.
We found housing at the Paradise Ranch Mobile Home Park. There are 5 two-bedroom houses and 2 three-bedroom houses for sale. Closing for the first two two-bedroom is scheduled for Thursday. I plan on going with Bud, but feel free to send someone else if you like. The housing itself is 9 miles South of where the others disappeared, making it possible to find them even on foot if necessary. Everyone should know by now the coordinates of where they disappeared and be able to find their way there even through a jungle.
The complex has some amnities as unfortunately a native population, including children, teenagers and older people. The last group will be the one at home and more likely to notice our movements.
Our new cover will not stand up to any government scrutiny, but it should be enough for the people living in the trailer park. They are hardly the most government friendly or educated people we will meet. The cover is pretty simple. We are a group of researchers, animalist and scientists who received a federal grant to study water pollution in the Los Padres National Forest and its impact on the natural life. This will allow us to leave the housing every day and spend the day here for training, while others can take care of food, and other necessity. Unfortunately, this means that a) we will have to commute, and b) an uniform schedule will be close to impossible.
We'll have a list of occupations. To make things easy and since this is truly short notice, all of the first names will stay the same. Also based on previous housing, covers and a short discussion with Reese who still refuses to receive emails, I was thinking about the following.
In addition, to solidify the covers and explain the housing arrangements, I was thinking that either you could be related to Mr. Queen or your wife to Mr. Merlyn. The Hammond would be very easy since they don't have to fake anything, we can make Claudia their daughter, and the twins are living with their spouses. Alexis and Nell can be sisters living with their husbands/boyfriend. I'll be in charge of the grant, Mr. Kinney is my assistant, living with his boyfriend, and Mr. Weston is another member of the research team. Mr. Reese' house would be made up fully of researchers, no need to create more relationships. Mr. Callen can be related to Mr. Bolton.
If you see any problems let me know, if not, start drilling it into these people.
Also considering all the traveling and the imminent move, I'm giving everyone Friday off. The first group can move into the two houses on Monday.
Also Mr. Vail has given me a shopping list for things we need. You might want to find a back up for training, because there will be a lot more traveling since we need to acquire all of the things he needs, deal with the arms supplies, transporting furniture, etc.
