Re: Deeks, Dom, Sean and Savannah
It hurt. She and Jenna might not have gotten along well at the start, but she had considered her a sister, the moment she'd found out that they had crossed into the Omega dimension, and lately they had gotten closer. It hadn't been sudden, but a slow process and Savannah appreciated how Jenna had tried, even when things didn't come naturally, Now she was gone, but Savannah couldn't think about her pain, when Sean and Dom would feel worse.
Savannah gripped Sean's arm. "Because she is- was a good person, and a good person tries to help. You know that, and I know you would do the same. She had a split second to think and in that second, she did what she'd been trained to do: she helped someone regardless of the consequences."
"She left us," Dom snapped. "She left me and her son. Don't make it sound like more."
Savannah sighed. "And you would have done the same thing, Dom. I know it hurts, but you can't blame her for doing what all of us would do. She helped a friend," she said softly. "Sean, why don't you and Dom find Troy and let him know. I'll speak with Robert and Mike." Hopefully Troy would help Sean in ways she couldn't. "We'll keep the kids together." She turned to Marty for a moment. "Same dimension as G? You talk to Vance, and you tell him that we need more information. Something else happens we need that information to find them." They were not losing more people because of lack of information. "Everyone needs to know what's going on."
She sighed again, because this wasn't the time, but it was easier to take it out on Vance, even if it probably wouldn't have stopped anything. "Come on, guys, let's... let's go find the others and take care of the kids."
