Re: Jenna and Eric step through
"Since it's closer to a natural phenomena than a conscious attack by human beings? About as much chance as lightning striking twice, which isn't all that unlikely," Marty replied. But, that also didn't mean there was really any safer place on the island. "Fine, do it."
He turned back to look at the Director. "We'll have to be careful when we get up there. Savannah and I can go over the defenses we helped Sam and G put in with you in the morning. At least enough to get everyone in the building without anyone blowing up while stumbling around in the dark. We also need to make sure whoever is driving has experience driving mountain roads in the snow. They closed the I5 through the Grapevine due to snow yesterday and only reopened it this morning. That stretch of road is bad enough at night when it hasn't snowed recently. I'll check the frost warnings in the morning.
"Reese, if you'll get everyone organized, I need to go talk to the family. I'll check-in again after that's done."
