Hey there,

So this month is slightly crazy. After the Super Bowl, we still have Valentine's Day, which is also Alexis' birthday, Washington's Birthday, Robert, Nick and John's birthdays and a poor pregnant woman can't do all of this, since we have limited food runs.

I was thinking if we can put our heads together, we can figure out what we need and get everything this Sunday. Yes, I know that means we need to get up early and we have to watch those men do all the heavy lifting. It's really such a hardship.

Now, I'm thinking Valentine's Day, we get Vance to give us the night off. I'll do the talking, you do the planning. Something at the club, music, lots of reds, which i know you already have, and cake for Alexis.

Robert's, we'll end up something private with the family, so don't worry about that one. Nick and John's are really close so I was thinking, on the Saturday, which is March 2nd, we do a birthday party for the two of them, a family friendly one. However, your boy might be interested in something a little family friendly. We can set it in two of the hotel rooms, open the connecting rooms, pillows, lights, music. I'm sure that you can come up with the invitation list for that party and we can keep this one off the general emails. I promise to stop by and say hello to all you crazy people, but I'm not hanging around for long, and no pot until Marty and I leave. After that, if he doesn't know, he can't do anything about it.

Leon,

Do you think we could have the night of Valentine's Day off? I know training is very important, but I get the impression that once we leave here, holidays will not be something that will be celebrated. Morale is important and if we're going for the long run, we do need to make sure that people are mentally ready.

If it's not possible, we'll just have to move Valentine's Day on the Saturday.

Hey Nell,

Do you think you could make three cakes? One for Alexis' birthday, one for Nick and one for John. You'll probably get specifications from Brian on the last one, but those two would be on the same day. I'm going to try and get everything we need in terms of food coloring and anything that can last this Sunday, so let me know what you need.

Hey Y'all,

We have a few birthdays this month. We're trying to work out dates now, but John's and Nick's will be on March 2nd. Alexis' will be somewhere around Valentine's Day. Alexis, darling, we'll make you the best party.

Sean, you're in charge of music as usual. John, sweetie, we need you on light. Brian will be coordinating all of that. I will be coordinating food. I promise there shall be no surprises in the food this time.

We will try to get as much as possible this weekend. If you know of anything you might need, within reason, let me know.

Absolutely! Three cakes coming up. Just let me know the actual dates for the parties as I'll have to maximize use of the weekends to put things together. I'll figure out some designs tonight and send you a definitive list. But, I know I'm low on pearl dust, gold dust, vanilla extract, and modelling chocolate.

Nell,

Alexis's will be on the 14th. John and Nick's cakes for March 2nd. I was thinking one big one for Nick and John, and a smaller one just for John. There's going to be a much smaller party for John after the main one. Don't ask me the theme, because I'm sure I don't want to know. So for that one you will have to speak to Brian.
