For the coming week, training will be different. We will be out and running on the beach at 0700 before returning to the housing complex around 0830. While we do have cars, we will be walking on the island as much as possible. That will make us learn the details of the island in case of an emergency.

If you don't have comfortable shoes, let us know and on the first trip to the mainland, we will get you sneakers and boots. Yes, everyone should have them. Hees are not the way to go here

At 1000 we will be going fishing. Some people will be on land, some will dive. We'll alternate during the days to allow everyone the chance to dive. Team A will dive Monday, Wednesday. Team B will dive Tuesday and Friday.

The following will stay on land: Bud Hammond, Sheldon Cooper, Elaine Hammond, Margaret Barrish.

On land, besides fishing, there are mussels, clams, sea urchins. We only take what we can eat. We will have schedules for next week for fishing while training as well.

On Tuesday afternoon, we will go on the mainland for supplies. It will only be a few people, but it's time to make lists and forward them to Brian. We will not have regular runs to the mainland for the time being.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon, we will continue to make all the buildings livable, and then we will start learning about the generators, the fuel pumps, how to make fuel for the plane, etc. Everyone should be able to use any of the machines on this island.
