Doug kept looking at the email through the day. He didn't answer it, though. When he got home, Travis was already gone. He wasn't sure if TJ had driven him or not, but it didn't matter. He was gone. That was what mattered.
Sitting at the table, he pulled out his phone and opened the email. He left the phone on the table as he looked at TJ. "We need to tell Travis about this. It's even faster than I had expected. I thought they'd have until May or June, but if they leave now." He sighed. "You know Travis will ask you what you want to do. He might like me, but he's going to ask you and I thought it'd be easier if we know what we both want. And then we should answer, Mom."
