"Non denominational?" She tried to think how that would work out, and couldn't. "It's very California. It doesn't happen in God's country. You're what you are and we're baptists." Savannah snorted. "My parents stopped talking to me when I moved to a secular school. I think my parents are slightly stricter than yours."
Savannah chuckled. "I had it all planned out since I was thirteen, with deadlines and milestones, however my plans suffered radical changes lately. There aren't any more timelines, not when we're here." She shrugged. "He knows what I want. Whether any of that will happen is in God's hands. We'll just take it one day at a time, and then when we go home, we'll decide if any of that will happen. Besides I never said that it would happen to him," she said with a grin.
