G put an arm around her as she settled against him and pressed a kiss to the top of her head. "Clear proof there's a masochist in there somewhere," he teased. G missed some of what she brought up a little, too. But, he'd spent so much time trying to put up barriers between himself and everyone over the last few months, it wasn't as easy to say anymore. And the thought of children who took after both her and Deeks in the chatter department was truly frightening. "Maybe they'll follow the norm for twins and take longer to talk."
Nodding, he squeezed her gently. "Emily's a friend of your choosing, not someone you have to accept because of us." They were a crazy, mixed up family. They didn't make any sense. But, it was still more than G knew what to do with most days. "And, yes, I knew you went to the spa. I'm glad you had fun."
Halloween was news to him. But, he'd trust Alexis to ask properly once she had a head count. He snorted softly. Kinney was not one he'd call mature, even if the man wasn't as annoying as he had been before. "Lots of guns is a start. I'll see what I think of the evening itself when I hear more details, but if it happens, I have no problem looking after the girls or the girls and Blaze." He might actually enjoy it, but there were things G didn't say aloud to anyone, not even Sam...especially Sam. "We can get in an extra Russian lesson," he added with a wink.
