"Those little numbers by the times means how many slots are available. I've got the reservations made already based on what people wanted to do - that's the list at the bottom. I haven't set up the who does what when yet. The earliest is the 1230 and the latest is the 1500, which should get us out of there around 1615-ish. I just have to arrange who does what when so everyone's as safe as they're gonna get."
Claudia scooted closer so she could see the screen. "The lunches can be as many or as little at once. It's one of those things to do while waiting between appointments. So once I get the who does what on the other appointments, I can put the people just hanging around on lunch. Busy but also free to move around as needed," she said.
"The massage thing is the hardest part. From the pictures on the website, it looks like they take place on either the second or third floor. Maybe both. And they have windows. Elaine, Margaret, and Bud are the massagees. I was thinking that as long as those with the most training weren't on appointment when the massages were going on, they could do floor checks as needed. It's about as good of an option as I could think of with the people we have going."
It was one of the problem areas Claudia was tabulating in her mind to bring up to Sam. If they had someone with some sort of spying-power going with, like Mike or Eliot, it would help.
