Sam waited for Claudia and then directed her toward one of the conferences room and sat down. "All right, take a sit and tell me what's confusing you?" Sam might get annoyed with people fucking up, but he didn't get annoyed at answering questions. At least that showed that they wanted to learn.
"Generally speaking, before we get to specifics, use common sense. Speaking outside is never a good idea. You aren't sure, then you can email saying I'm thinking of doing X, talk to me today. Or you can just tell us to go to a conference room," he said. "You have to trust the people in the group or you will never do anything."
