Sam looked between the two and it wasn't the first time that he felt in the twilight zone when it came to this group. Well, not with Ford, not yet at least. "Coming back isn't a problem since Brooklyn is on a grid. You can pretty much go down every avenue and still get here."
He frowned. "Are rental at Lowes cheaper than outside? In LA, they were by the hour? Wouldn't it be easier to rent one at U-Haul so you have transport both way and don't have to worry about local availability?" This wasn't even security as much as common sense.
"And why is Eliot in charge when a) he can't drive or shoot, which is the most likely thing to happen if you're being attacked in a car and b) he's not here to tell me the plan? You make the plan, you take point. That's what I just said. So whoever comes up with the plan is in charge. I guess you get the honors, April," he said. "So anything else?"
