RP: Alexis and Tim Who: Alexis and Tim Where: around the school When: October 3, 2012 Summary: Alexis is still dealing with the events on Monday
Alexis had spent Monday crying. She couldn't help herself. One moment she was fine and the next she would be shedding tears. It went like that for the rest of the day, and probably would have continued like that if on Tuesday, Vance hadn't told them that they were going back.
She wasn't sure what to think at first. Surprise, shock, fear. They could have all described her emotional state, but even that had been transient, because soon enough they put them to work, pack, disassembling furniture, packing supplies.
Today was more of the same, which meant soon, they'd be load the trucks and Tim would be more likely to be on one of them. He drove them often. She didn't want him to leave before they had a chance to talk, possibly the last time they would truly have some privacy before the paranoia of the base took over.
She sat on a box for a moment and looked up at Tim. "You'll be driving the truck." She wasn't asking, because neither knew for certain, and yet she was sure. "I ... I wanted to tell you that I'm okay with this move." She got up again, feeling restless. "I know I've always been the one to say that we hide, live and let live, but I can't- What they did? They were home, they saw how horrible it was and they recreated it here. There's no justification for them. They need to die and I want to help find them. Are you okay with that?"
