Eliot/April/Nate
Eliot's amusement with the food preparation for the party stayed with him until the party itself. What normally would've seemed juvenile had evolved into fun because of April. She'd lasted longer than he'd thought she would, especially after he'd started using euphemisms to get her goat. Once the food prep had been completed, he'd gone back to the room to torment her some more until they'd tumbled into bed with laughter.
Eliot couldn't see the decorations or other items, but by April's short inhale and quiet pep talk to herself that she was a doctor and could handle this it had to be quite a spectacle. They'd gotten the grooms-to-be the massage oil, adding it to the pile of gifts. Eliot fetched water for April and a beer for himself. He was, of course, on alert, more so with strangers coming on grounds. It was going to be an interesting evening.
