"I know it is." He closed his eyes and exhaled slowly, he really did know that - but it was hard to remember that it was a good idea to practice and try it out when it caused this kind of pain as the end result. How could something that left him feeling like he'd rather just lay down here until his head actually exploded the way it was threatening to right then, or he miraculously felt better, ever be something he could use in any practical way? No one was just going to sit around with him and let him ask if they would do the things he wanted them to, and if he was going to be incapacitated when he finished forcing an issue then it didn't really seem to be worth it.
"Okay, yeah." He would have nodded, but moving felt like it would be a very bad idea at the moment. "We're going to have to talk to someone about that special Tylenol stat." He said, trying to joke though the tone wasn't really right. "I'll just be here then, not going anywhere." He really didn't like the idea of needing help just to get up the stairs, but if he wasn't going to spend the rest of the night in the basement that seemed like it was going to have to be the way things worked for the time being.
