She shook her head. "You don't have to explain yourself, Nate. Things are never as simple as they look, so don't worry about it. No one is going to judge you for what might or might not have happened in our dimension, but from personal experience I can tell you that people here had it rough so no one is really that interested in less than stellar conditions in your home life, and I don't mean to dismiss what you went through at all. It's just... lots of people had it worse than you or me." And she didn't need Nate to piss G off like she had. A happy G made for a much better time.
Savannah tried not to laugh when she saw his face. "You have no clue how to do any of that, do you? We can go to the store together and I'll help you pick out what you need."
She nodded. "Yes, G is Callen, and I live with him, Sam and Marty. We also have two dogs, German Shepherds." She smiled at him. "Sure. I can't today. I was hurt a few weeks ago, and I need to have my check up before I had over to work, but that sounds great. How's tomorrow? I can ask G to give me some extra time, and we'll go to the store as well, get you really settled."
