Savannah hadn't needed the x ray, but at least G was happy about it and now she could go back to training and do her job. "May I?" she asked politely, always a smile on her face, because she'd leave the yelling to G and the barking to Sam.
As soon as April gave her the films, her hand turned into fire and she watched the films burn until there was nothing but ashes. "Now, that's much better." She stepped closer and squeezed April's arm. "It's not about me, April. It's about all of us. Any evidence about any of us could be used against all of us. Remember when I told you about giving up a husband and children? The fact that they could be used against us was a very big reason. Any time you draw blood, you store something, or you say anything, you put all of us in danger. It's bad enough that we took the x rays, and next time, we won't even do that. We can't study on any of us, and that means you included."
She let go and turned to G. "It was very quick, which is why I said that it might not be noticeable if someone was watching, but it happened."
