While April could see where Savannah was coming from, she was still convinced that she could do this without anyone noticing. Granted without a lab she couldn't do anything sophisticated, but a good microscope could do some of the work - without her needing to leave a trace.
Right now though was not the time to consider that, not with Savannah more or less dragging her out of the hospital. She wasn't sure getting out before doing what they were supposed to do was the right option, but she wasn't about to argue. She still wasn't sure just what had happened, or if she'd had anything to do with it. It hadn't felt as if she had.
They didn't talk on the way, Savannah didn't seem to want to and April was far too confused to. She was rather glad for the silence, it gave her a moment to try and piece together what actually had happened. She walked in with Savannah into the house, already sure that G would be either waiting for them, or arriving shortly.
