Subject: New rules
We are finally relaxing rules slightly and you can start settling down. The truck arrived yesterday. Despite the fact that we do not expect an immediate attack, I would still err on the side of caution with the unpacking. Unless it's necessary, I would leave it where is it and settle during the upcoming week.
Relaxing of the rules does not mean, imply or in any way suggest that you are free to do what you like. To make it easier, I am listing basic rules. If you are not sure or it's not covered by this email, ask.
- Each wing has a person in charge: Callen, Morgan and myself. You report to the person in charge of your wing. Additional rules about chain of command will be made in the future.
- If you leave the main residence for any reason other than work/scheduled training, you are to inform the person in charge. This means even if you go take a walk around the property
- Buildings other than the main residence will be locked out when not in use. Again, ask the person in charge for keys. In the next few days, other people will be given keys to certain buildings. Please do not ask us if you can have one. We will provide it to whoever we feel must have it.
- In addition, there are silent alarms around the buildings and gate perimeters. Alarms have key pads hidden behind panels by the door. Everyone will have the code to the residence building. You must ask for the others. Some codes will be personal, please do not share them or you will be responsible for that person.
- Everyone will have keys to the front door. Lock the door at all times. You should also have keys to your own room.
- There are no supermarkets in the area. You must make a list of supplies and forwarded to Mr. Kinney for the time being. This applies not just to grocery, but toilet supplies, cleaning supplies, etc. Supplies will be delivered. If you don't order it, you won't have it. Do not assume someone else will order it.
- Phones will be provided next week. Until then, we have disposable that will be given out and returned on a need basis.
- Any furniture not used should remain in boxes.
- I know there are plenty of TVs, but there will only be service in the main common room, and the office building. Feel free to use the recreation room or common rooms to hook up TVs and game consoles since space is limited in the bedroom.
- Mr. Callen will be informing you about new training hours in the upcoming days. Until then, everyone is to report to the gym at 7:30 on Monday morning. More instructions will be given then.
- Both Mr. Callen and Mr. Morgan might have additional rules for their wing.
- We have four SUVs. Keys will be kept by the front door for the time being. Do NOT use the cars unless you get prior permission.
- Visit to the village. All visits must be arranged in advance with the person in charge of your wing. They will need to be at least two people. Curfew Monday through Thursday is 10:30, Friday through Sunday is 11:30. Exception will be made on holidays or for special reasons. Permission can be denied without any explanation. In addition, on weekend, if more people are in need of the car, there will be carpooling with the car leaving and returning at set time. People are free to go to different places once there as long as they stay in pairs.
- Everyone but Dr. Cooper must carry at all times.
- No visitors are to be brought to the school unless previously arranged with Mr. Hanna. Exceptional reasons must be presented for permission to be granted.
This should clear up things for the next few days. As I said, if you do have questions, ASK beforehand.
