RP: Troy and Sean Who: Troy and Sean Where: their room When: after dinner Summary: Troy wants to spend time with Sean before he has to leave
He had gotten a day's notice. Troy was under no illusion that this would be a common thing, but they needed to return the leased plane, especially if they didn't know how long they'd be away. Returning the plane became part of his flying lesson, however, the lesson was much shorter than people thought. It had taken some doing, or more like constant talking about it since he got the idea, and some research, but Robert had finally capitulated, and as soon as they dropped the plane, he teleported them to LA.
The choice had been pondered. They could only go so far with Robert's teleportation power and New Mexico would be impossible, because he'd be too recognizable. In LA, they were just two guys, wearing baseball caps, and even if they got recognized by a camera, which they would make sure they wouldn't, there were too many people getting a tattoo for people to remember.
Robert hadn't watched, didn't know the design, but he'd stood right outside, always checking, almost as paranoid as Callen, and when Troy had gone to pay, Robert had slipped into the room. He later explained that he'd made sure to wipe down everything with sterilizing wipes. It wasn't perfect, but the place was clean and they'd sterilize the instruments soon enough.
Going back, he spent the power training making sure that the bandage didn't brush against his jeans and come off. At home, he took the bandage off, put some lotion, before dealing with dinner. Right after, he didn't even pretend that he was going to hang around. "Guys, I love you, but I love Sean more so we're spending time together. Night." Tomorrow, they'd understand, or Alexis and Tim would, since he was sure that Nell knew everything.
He took Sean by the end and walked to their room, firmly closing the door behind them. "I got an email. I'm leaving tomorrow. I don't know for how long - time unspecified, to be determined." He shook his head, showing how impressed he was by the words. "But at least I get to say goodbye properly."
