Summary: Deeks and Renko run into each other.
While Mike wasn't any kind training fanatic like Sam, he did like to go for a run now and again to clear his mind. Today was one of those days. The conversation with Robert had stirred all kind of thoughts that he wasn't used to handle.
How had he manage to get a family, first of all? What did it mean that he felt so strongly not only about Robert, but about Liam too? How would he persuade Robert that this was real and that he could actually trust him? Because that was the part he didn't doubt. He could hardly believe they'd gotten to this point, but he didn't doubt where that point was.
On returning, he saw Deeks come out of of the house with Nova. Smiling, he nodded his head at the other man. "Hey," he said. "How's it going?"
