Summary: Nick's Lead for the day.



After PT/Defense/Modified BUDs/Whatever it was called, Nick got to take over for the main part of the day. Rule!

Nick had his own laptop, and had made sure there would be four more available with help from Derek. He made sure Savannah was ready on her end before they started the main activity; he'd given her the names of the teams and their objectives last night. There were four teams of four. He explained the training: each team would be given an objective to make a detailed plan to accomplish and email it to Savannah, Savannah would email back a problem or problems that happen during the plan and the teams had to revise on the fly to solve that problem at the location they are mentally at. That would repeat until Savannah thought the plan was successful. If they had extra time, they'd get a second objective.

Nick split them down into teams. The teams had been picked out of a hat the night prior. Team Alpha was Mike, Tim, Clay and Alexis (who didn't show up until after eleven). Team Bravo was Callen, Robert, April and Emily. Team Charlie was Eliot (who didn't show up til later), Troy (who didn't show up til later either), Derek and John. Team Delta was Sam, Sean, Gemma, and Marty.

Nick didn't know why Alexis, Eliot and Troy didn't show up at 9:30. He didn't change the teams, though. He gave out the objectives and code names to each time and let them have at it. He kept notes about participation.

Nick's other activity was set in the training house, too. Everyone got paper and a pencil, and they were to write down everything in the room that could be used as a weapon that wasn't a gun or hands and without powers. Then Nick got to show off a little by demonstrating with his lights the physics of what they wrote down, just as he saw things. He explained the efficacy of each one.

At the end of the day, he gave his report to Director Vance, shredded all the paper, and made sure the training plans were wiped from the computers.
