Re: Nell, Sean, Alexis and Tim
"Good, not that we have one thing settled, let's move on to the second part. I won't waste our time asking you why you don't want to live with her or why you'd accept it." No, that was very clear from the emails.
"I am actually very proud that you could come to this compromise amongst yourselves, even if it was unnecessary. While I will not ask you to be her friends, there are things that Ms. Howard fails to share in a way that would make things easier to understand," he continued. "She is part of a system where date rape and women's abuse was common, and she reacted based on her particular experience. She probably could have handle things with more grace, but the Greek system is not one known for its subtlety and diplomacy, and it is rather sexist too. I'm not trying to justify her or take sides, but perhaps you can consider the fact that not everyone has been lucky enough to have your upbringing.
"I do have a question for all of you. Mr. Callen had put five people in that house. How would each of you feel with so many people in a house? And can you venture a guess for Mr. Bolton?" he asked.
"Depends on the five," Alexis said. "It's a lot of people. Us? Then fine, we all know each other and we can work around each other. Five with other people, I don't honestly know."
