RP: Troy and Sean Who: Troy and Sean Where: Troy's room When: March 22, 2012 Summary: March madness is taking its toll, even if flying makes things beter
He didn't know why he continued to put himself through this, game after game. He thought once Cal was out, it'd get better, but it didn't. He kept watching, rooting, commenting, and most of all missing the chance of being there. The casual references about the Spartans loss and his disappearance didn't help either. The fact that the today's games were in Phoenix made things even worse.
The high of the afternoon that came with the flying was usually gone by the time the TV was shut off. He knew that he was lousy company and almost suggested that Sean go home, but then it wasn't like tomorrow things would change.
"Do you think they would have let me go if I asked?" he said as he got in bed, wearing a pair of sweats and a tee, because it was still damn cold outside. "It was right here." Of course, he knew the answer to that. People who loved basketball would be at the game, people who were likely to recognize the player that had disappeared. If even an image had been caught by the cameras, they'd be in trouble. Still, he couldn't help asking.
