I was going through the names and I had a few thoughts. One, I took Cooper out of the list, because no amount of experimentation will teach him how to lead, and also because of the fact that we need him doing research.

Second, I don't think that having non agent being lead would help. So I was thinking two groups. Agents would be leads the way we are, and office personnel would be doing Vance's job with his permission.

Dom is an in between case. He's doing research, but he's also an agent and I can see him doing either, but probably it's easier to have him do it with the office personnel since he'd be able to do his work at the same time.

Third, the order. I was thinking of using dates of arrivals to keep it fair. The one problem is that the person who's been here the longest is Savannah, and while I know she wouldn't say no, health wise it's an iffy proposition, and besides we know that she can run an op and she gets people to do what she says on a daily basis. Also, I would like all the students to go before the summer just in case they end up going to summer school. So if we start next week and we go one per week, this was be the order.
