Subject: New Schedule and Training

Tim, with spring coming, Spencer has informed the Director that there is not that much work, so you'll be following the general schedule from 0930 to 1730 with lunch from 1300 to 1400.

The rest will have training with me from 0930 to 1100 and then join the rest of the team from 1100 to 1300. We will meet at the training center and then have different exercises indoor and outdoor to deal with situations that might arise at school.

Nick, talk to Morgan since you'll be with us until lunch and you guys can probably stay at the center for your meetings. We'll arrange with your teachers so classes can be done in the afternoon.

Troy, you'll be with Robert from after lunch until he says it's time to come down and then you'll join the teams again.

John, you're still on reserach in the afternoon.

Alexis and Tyra will join the teams full time in the afternoon.

Any questions, reply or come and find me Monday morning since I'll be off base until then.
