Emails to the family and Troy
Who: Savannah, Marty, Sam, G, Sean, Troy, Jenna, Dom, Robert and Mike
Where: Computers
When: February 21, 2012
Summary: It seems like she's organizing more parties

From: Savannah
To:Marty, Sam, G, Sean, Troy, Jenna, Dom, Robert and Mike
Subject: Sunday dinner

Hey y'all,

Last Saturday night, I found out that the baby of the family - no, not Liam, but Sean - has been involved with Troy for a whole month, but hasn't said anything, because we're a force to be reckoned with. Now, where would he get this idea?

We're just very friendly. No, really, I know you don't believe me, Troy, but we are, even Sam. Just ignore the glares... and the hissing... and the guns. Well, okay don't ignore them, just move out of the way of the guns... and the punches. Other than that, we're very friendly.

So anyway, now that the metaphorical cat is out of the bag, you're coming to dinner, because it's totally not right that you're alone on Sunday. No, you can't say no, because we know your schedule and we know where you live, right across the street from where we'd be having dinner, and we have enough powers to find you no matter where you hide.

So Sunday at 2:00, at Sam and G's. Jenna, I'll be here earlier to cook, so maybe you and Dom can stop at Robert's and help them out with all the things they need to move. If you need more help, let us know, and I'll send someone.

xoxo,
Savannah

PS hit reply all if you have to comment. We wouldn't want to leave anyone out, would we? Especially when we have a new member in our family. Love y'all

Troy stared at the invitation for a while. His first reaction was to delete it and ignore it. It's what any smart person would have done, except most people didn't leave in a ranch, just across the street from the insane SEAL dad. No this was not good news.

Raising his head, he saw the other three cooking in the kitchen. Troy got up and grabbed Sean's arm. "A word." He walked to the bedroom and closed the door when Sean got in. "Did you see that email? I can't belieive you didn't tell them that it was a joke. What are we going to do? We can still tell them. We have to tell them, because if we don't... we can't pretend forever, Sean."

Sean let Troy pull him into the other room. Sitting on the bed while Troy closed the door, he leaned back on his hands and looked up at his friend. "This is what I was trying to tell you last night, when you wanted to just hide and let me deal with them...again. We can't still tell them. Especially not after this. Savannah will never believe it. Dad's already been dropping hints that it'd be alright if I had a friend to turn to outside the family for weeks. They're all so suspicious no one will believe it was a joke."

Dropping onto his back with a sigh, he closed his eyes, pretending to think. "A third attempt at explaining away the cake that night would have made them just as suspicious and I'd rather Dad thought I was in an illicit relationship than having a petty party when he made me promise to give that kid a chance." Opening his eyes, he pushed back up onto his elbows. "We can't pretend forever. But, we can pretend for a few days, couple weeks at most. Then we break-up. I'll do something heinous so it's not on you. And it's all out of their system. We move on and they never have to know it was faked. Bonus, we don't spend the next year fending off Savannah's Yenta streak once she convinces herself we're playacting because we really want to be together and are too blind to see it."

Troy just stared, because none of it made sense. "Are you serious? You're basically asking me to play an elaborate prank on your father. You've met your father, right? Big, tall, looks tougher than reenforced concrete, can kill you with a bobby pin, good with guns, but he doesn't have to use them, because he can kill me without ever touching one. You do remember all of that, right?"

He sat down on the bad and really all of that should make him balk at the idea, but he couldn't help smiling. "So... we're going to con Sam and Callen and all of your family. I want to say, for the record, before we start any of this, that it's crazy, absurd and like, the biggest dare possible. You don't have to do something heinous, we can figure out something less dramatic. We just work out better as friends." He turned to his side, putting a hand on Sean's chest. "I guess we'll just have to spend a lot of time together from now to Sunday and figure a few things out. That's their job, right? Finding out lies? We just have to be better."

"You remember that's my dad you're talking about, right?" Sean countered. "He's not as bad as all that. Dom survived dating, having sex with, and getting Dad's baby girl pregnant. And they went off-base without telling Dad or G. You'll survive."

Snorting, Sean shook his head. "As opposed to all that time we already spend together with the girls?

"Just, remember what G's always teaching: Keep it simple. The more elaborate you get, the easier it is to get tripped up. The more of the truth you can put into it, the less you have to remember the lies. So, we keep this simple and go with what's already out there. We've been together for about a month. Dad'll like that since it would have been right after one of his 'you should find someone you trust' talks. With my insane family I wanted to make sure this had the possibility of going somewhere before they got their hooks in you. Of course, you're overly excitable and spilled the beans to the Director before I had a chance to tell Dad and Jen -- thanks for that, by the way, really -- and Savannah heard. So, here we are."

"Yes, I do remember and he did all of that and married your sister. I'm going to either break up with you or they find out it's a prank. You can see why I'm a little concerned," he said, but he was still grinning. "You know, if it weren't completely suicidal, this is like the most awesome dare ever. Okay it's still awesome, just suicidal."

Troy raised an eyebrow. "Now, who's being simplistic. Oh sure, we got the basic and the truth, but what about other stuff? Like do you have tattoos in places only lovers and possibly family know about? Or is there a beer you always drink? Or other stuff that suddenly I'm supposed to know, and you practically know nothing about my family." He knew so much about Sean's, because it was impossible not to, but he tried not to talk about his family, when he might never see them again. Troy was good at ignoring that the things that couldn't be helped. "So are we casually dating? Just fucking? I'm guessing from that email that you told them it was more than sex."

"It's suicidal and you're grinning about doing it?" Sean laughed and pushed Troy with one hand. "You have issues, man."

Troy's raised eyebrow was answered with one of Sean's. "No tats. I leave those to my Dad." Mostly because at the age more kids wanted to get them as a rebellion, not getting them was his way of not being Dad. "Beer's fine but I don't have a favorite because I usually don't drink anything but water to protect the sax. Honestly, the only one you have to fool that way is Jen. She's the one that knows all that little stuff. I don't have a lot of secrets, though. Not much would come up that you'd have to know and haven't probably already learned just hanging out."

Shifting his weight, he turned to lean on one elbow, facing Troy. "You guess correctly. I haven't really done casual or one-offs for awhile. Got it all out of my system mid-way through Juilliard and realized I'm too much of a romantic artist type. Jen will know that and know how hard I fall when I fall. So, she'd never buy casual or friends with benefits. And some of the others will have heard the nutshell version I just told you. I've spent a year staying out of relationships here because I want that elusive spark." He smirked. "The one I can't make myself. So, if they're hearing about it, it's more than sex, even if they haven't asked or been told.

"Are you sure you're alright with this? I know we fuck around with the dares and shit. And it's still totally your fault," he added with a grin. "But, this is going to be different. We're trying to fool some of the most observant, intuitive people you'll ever meet."

Troy laughed. "Life is boring here, and this is fun, even if it might get me killed. In fact, it's probably the best thing we've done."

He nodded. "No tats, got it. Gabriella wanted to get matching heart with each other's name. That started a huge fight, because the fact that I didn't want her name on my arm meant that I wasn't committed. She got a butterfly on her neck as soon as we broke up. I got a tribal one on my arm, fake, to try it out. I figured that I didn't need ink to deal with the break up and that was that." He snorted. "I'm so giving you that cheap ass beer next time and keeping the good one for me. Give up beer for your sax? You're committed, man. I don't think I would have given it up, even for basketball, and yes, I know how much you like sports, but I'm teaching you, or at least I'm teaching you to pretend to care. You nod at the right moment and then get Alexis to answer me, and the girl knows way more than you."

He thought for a moment. "Sex is easy to fake. I guess it's a good thing that we already spend so much time together and we seem to have no problem lying down on the same bed even when not having sex." He couldn't help but grin again. "So I'm the one, the spark." He started to laugh. "Shouldn't you be the spark with your power? Just how corny do they expect you to be? Especially your sister?"

He shrugged, and then nodded. "Yeah, I'm good. Crazy, I know, but if we can pull this off, then we're so much better than they are. It's not like we have much better to do, and I get to kiss you without dares or being called a tease, and you were so going to back out the other night."

"Damn, and here I didn't think it was possible to be a bigger adrenaline junkie than the Callen brothers." And Dad thought G was dangerous when he got bored?

"Nope, no tats," he confirmed. "For a long time I wanted to be everything Dad wasn't. So, since he had tats, I never wanted them." If this entire situation was any indication, he probably shouldn't be telling Troy some of this, not until he knew Troy wouldn't turn it into the next prank. But, they were sharing and a couple tidbits wouldn't hurt. Sean grinned as Troy went on to call him committed. "Absolutely, man. I don't need to be a SEAL like Dad to be the best of the best and that doesn't come without sacrifice. I drink a little more here than I did at home because I don't play the sax as much, more time spent on the guitar. But, alcohol, soda, juice, all that stuff gums up the pads and weakens the reed if you don't do a lot of brushing and rinsing before playing."

Sean chuckled. "So, you just need to talk to Alexis about the sports. Much better conversation than with me."

Holding up his hand, he let just a brief burst of sparks dance across his fingers. "Nah, I'm the one in control of the sparks. And just a little bit corny. Although, Jen knows a lot more about the things I've done for and with boyfriends and girlfriends in the past, the crazy dates and such."

Thinking about what he was doing, how Troy was taking this, Sean started to shake his head. But, then Troy mentioned kissing and raised an eyebrow again. "You been thinking about kissing me that much?" he teased. "I guess you'll never know whether I was or not, since Nell intervened."

Troy laughed. "I don't know. They seem pretty old and boring. It's our job to liven up things. Don't you know that?"

He frowned. "Why? Your dad is pretty bad ass. Fuck, I don't know anyone as bad ass as him." He turned on his back, turning his head to look at Sean. "My dad is a basketball coach. There was never a question what I was going to do. Did I tell you about the fight we had when I joined the play? I couldn't possibly do anything but basketball. As proud as he is of me, he's still upset that I'm not going pro, regardless of the fact that my skills don't make up for the foot I'm missing in height. He doesn't get it, but there was never a question that I'd play basketball at some level." He chuckled. "You're cute when you geek out," he said, before turning serious. "You look ore alive when you talk about your music, so I'm not surprised about being serious."

He snorted. "But if we're serious, I want you to know about sports, because it's such an important part of my life. It was going to be my job for the rest of my life. It's just as important as your music is to you. I might never get it, but I listen. Wouldn't you do the same?"

Troy laughed. "Are you saying that you're in control of me? Because we've shown that I can surprise you a few times."

He snorted again. "Dude, I've been here since the beginning of November. I get that you have your music, but most men don't. If my hand and imagination are the only things I have, I'm doing plenty of thinking. Hell, I'm thinking about kissing your father if that's what it takes." He blew a kiss in Sean's direction. "But you shouldn't be jealous, I lie you better." He shook his head. "You're not going to get out of it. I know that you would have backed out."

"I know that you're insane," Sean replied with a laugh.

Sighing, he lay back again, arms behind his head. "Because this life we have here, living a cover, everything secret and classified? It's always been his life, even at home. Jen's way of dealing with his absence was to become like him in any way she could. Mine was to do everything the opposite of what he'd done." He didn't need to do the opposite of his dad any longer. But, that need to prove himself to his dad had never really gone away. "Was basketball what you wanted, though? I know you enjoy it now, but whose choice was it in the end?"

Sean smirked. "I'm gorgeous geeking out or not." Talking about his music wasn't teasing, though. "Music is really the only thing I've ever wanted to do, ever since I was a little kid. This ragtime band played at a school assembly and it was just...brilliant. I couldn't stop talking about it for days, how much fun it looked and how happy it made me and the other kids. I begged Moms for lessons after that."

He rolled his eyes. "There's one tragic assumption," he pointed out. "That I don't know anything about sports just because they don't interest me." Giving up the seriousness for a bad job, he laughed. "But, alright, yes, I'd be nice and listen. I'm just that nice a guy."

Sean shrugged. "Surprises don't indicate a lack of control; merely a test for it."

Snorting, Sean threw his friend an amused glance. "I've got my music, I'm not dead." Turning over he leaned up on his elbows again. "But, no matter how intimate I might be getting with my right hand this past year, I do not want to know about you fantasizing about my dad while you jerk off, man. Seriously." Chuckling, he just shook his head. "You know nothing. You assume much."

"Merely bored," he answered, grinned.

"I guess that sucks. Even when he was being a dick, my dad was there. There might have been moments when I didn't want him to be." He thought for a moment. "I don't know. I never had a choice in a way. I had a basketball in my hands since I was a baby. If you sat with my parents and they showed you my baby albums and videos, there's always a ball or a hoop. I went to games when my father's teams played. It was all that I knew. The play surprised me. I never thought it was something I'd want to do, not when I had games to train for. It doesn't really matter. I'm no NBA material, and now, ESPN is gone too." He looked at Sean. "There was always the thrill, you know? On the court, on a stage, in front of a camera, fucking TV, asking you questions live, making sure that you're on top and don't fuck up. It's great, and I miss that. I think that's why I could go from basketball to musical, because it wasn't what I was doing, but the thrill of knowing that I had to be the best, that people were watching."

Troy chuckled. "Of course you are. I wouldn't date someone ugly. I have a reputation to maintain, and just look at me? Anyone not gorgeous would feel threatened and insecure. It'd never work."

He snorted. "God, Sean, you don't even remember the teams that are playing. I'm surprised you even remember which sport we're watching at any given time of the year. Tell me you know that spring training is starting. You should know at least that, not as my boyfriend, but as an American."

Rolling his eyes, he backended Sean's stomach lightly. "You let me know when you get that control. I'll be waiting."

Troy looked at him with a wicked smile on his face. "So who do you think about when you jerk off? But no, I've never thought about your dad, if that makes you feel better." He shook his head. "I know it. You would not have let me do it in public." Which was exactly why Troy had pushed in public. They were never going to go there with Nell and Alexis sitting on the other side of the couch. "So, anything else I should know, other than you're totally whipped by my good looks?"

"Insane," Sean repeated, matching the grin.

"More than sucks. It wasn't so bad when I was little. Dad occasionally coming to visit and taking us out to museums, bringing gifts, you know? But, then the visits were further apart and we never really knew where he was at any given time. He thought staying away would protect us. Really, it just sucked. If we hadn't landed here, Jen and I never would have realized he was really missing, that's how little we saw him." He watched Troy while he talked of his dad and basketball, the play. "So, basically, I was right. You're in love with that high, the adrenaline rush of being out there performing in some way. But, the club gigs don't do it for you in the same way, do they? For me, it's just about the music, having an audience to share it with because music was never meant to be mine alone. But, it doesn't sound like you'd get the same high off it."

Smirking, he cocked his head to the side and gave Troy a blank stare. "Spring Training? Oh, you mean that thing keeping the Cactus League busy down in Phoenix with all the second rate west coast teams?" He winked. "I don't care whose playing in a given game, but I know the basics."

Falling silent, Sean concentrated for a moment. He had been playing with his power a bit and this would be a good enough test. It took a little time, but then he could feel the electromagnetic fields very faintly around them. Very carefully, he pushed the charges around until he could make Troy's hair stand on end. "All I have to do is hold your hair or your face for ransom," he said, grinning.

"Terese and Jamaal Walker," he answered promptly, pulling the charges back and discharging them away from Troy. "This pair of gorgeous twin dancers who could bend in ways that defy nature. But, good. 'Cause if you've kissing me and thinking about my dad we'd have issues." Chagrined, Sean could only shrug again. Troy had him on that one. "Yeah, alright, I probably wouldn't. But, I don't think you'd really want to do it in public either. So, who knows who'd really be the one to break first."

Thinking about it, Sean shook his head. "Nope, not really. I don't have a lot of secrets. We may have to come up with some secret romantic encounter for Valentine's Day, before or after the party. They may not ask, but Jen would know I've never not done something over the top for whomever I've been with at the time."

"That really sucks?" he said, knowing that it couldn't even come close to what Sean had gone through. "You couldn't even tell people, could you? I don't know if I could have done it, but I guess we get used to whatever happens to us." Troy smiled. "You might be right, but yeah, I like the club, and it's a nice way to spend the night, but no, it's not that same rush, because we're really playing for ourselves. I don't think the rest cares if we hit the right notes or not, there's not that need to be perfect. I guess I am in love with the high,it's the audience and the risk. It's why I know you would have back down, because I wouldn't have as long as there were people around," he said, laughing. "It's the audience that does it for me, so as long as we had that audience, you would have back down first. You should have known that after that game of truth or dare, or even that discussion with Vance."

Troy turned to his side, grinning. "We'll just have to teach you a little more of the basics and maybe a few names too." He watched, trying to figure out what Sean was doing until he felt it, and he didn't move, because he didn't want any accidents. "Man, you fuck with my hair, we're breaking up before that dinner. I hope you know that. There's nothing in the world that would drag me there if you mess with my hair."

He listened and rolled his eyes. "Man, so much imagination. It's so much easier when there are plenty of good looking people around here." He put his arm around Sean. "Now, now, no need to be jealous. You're the only hot guy I'm thinking of at the moment." He thought for a moment. "I don't know, you don't want to go overboard either. People know who goes to which trip and Savannah remembers all of that crap, and remember how she was going on and on about going to town, and the blush that usually resulted?" he asked, grinning. "She'd remember if you were there or not. Keep it simple, we didn't want anyone to know just yet and since there's no way to arrange anything without people knowing we just went to Alexis' party where we ended up making out as a dare, which was perfect because it was exactly what we wanted to do in the first place, especially me with my exhibitionist streak."

Sean's laugh this time had an edge of the old bitterness. "Tell people what? I didn't know anymore than anyone else did. My dad was in the military so he couldn't be...well, anywhere. When he and G came through here, we were told he'd been sent on a classified mission. I'd heard that line so often I didn't even think anything of it other than that he was going to miss Christmas...again. We didn't have much of a relationship before I got here." Chuckling, he smiled, eyes still on Troy. "That's where it's different for me. Every performance has that need to be perfect, no matter how large or small the audience, how attentive or not. It's about the music, perfecting the music because the music itself deserves that focus."

Shrugging, he conceded the point on backing down. "Some things should remain private."

Laughing, Sean reached out and smoothed a couple locks of Troy's hair back into place. "Yes, yes, no messing up the hair. I've heard the rules."

Sean snorted. "In case it missed you, close to half of those good-looking people are part of my insane family. Imagination is less creepy." Smirking, he patted Troy's chest lightly. "I'd better be. I only like to share when it's agreed upon in advance...and then not often." Returning to seriousness, he stopped teasing and shook his head. "And that's why I said 'may'. But, if I did Valentine's Day here, I wouldn't have gone shopping. Over the top doesn't need to mean spending money, just lavish attention. Especially if we've only been together a month, it would have been something different, not the usual flowers, wine, and chocolate affair. But, I could be happy to just satisfy your exhibitionist streak," he added with another laugh and wink. "Just because I like you and I'm a good boyfriend that way."

"You here now, though, and you didn't miss Christmas. It might suck, it might not make up for everything you didn't have when you were growing up, but you have a family here and you have a relationship with them. Some of us might be slightly... envious of what you have. I guess life balances things out." Troy chuckled. "Yeah, I know. You get all misty high when you perform, and I'll continue with the dares for my high."

He nodded. "They should if they were real, but it wasn't real. We were playing. I wouldn't put you in that situation if it were real... I don't think so at least. I've been very bored," he added with a laugh.

"Good boy, you can be trained after all," he teased, before laughing again. "Sean, I hate to break it to you, but you're only related to two, three with Dom, because it would be weird lusting over your brother in law. The rest? They aren't really your family. There's nothing wrong lusting over Savannah, at least when she wasn't pregnant, because eww, or her husband, or Robert, or even Callen or Renko if you go for the older type." He loosely put an arm around Sean. "I remember this conversation with Spencer, telling me how you can pick your family, but you can't. You can love someone like family, but not really, it's never going to be the same feeling. You can call Savannah a sister, you can call me your boyfriend, it doesn't make it real. Words are just words, but blood is blood. All of this to say, lust after any and all of the if that helps," he added, chuckling.

"Any attention would have been noticed, especially if we bailed out from Alexis' party, and besides you're a romantic, I've done long term relationships, if this is meant to be, then we'll celebrate next year when we won't have to hide." He was joking, but then he sighed. "The idea of another year like this is so depressing. I can't wait to go back to school. At least there are plenty of people to lust after there."

"Oh, I know and I'm not complaining, just explaining. But, it's weird here as much as it's better, you know? For more than twenty-one years I got used to him not being around, not caring, trying to get his attention and approval. It's hard to remember the last year's been so different sometimes." Sean shrugged. He hadn't intended to get into this. But, Troy had asked. "Misty high?" He laughed. "We're going to need to find you a new high before your dares get you into real trouble," he added.

"Man, don't you know the best reason to know the rules is to break them later?" Rolling his eyes, he turned over onto his back again. "Spoken like someone who is an only child and does not understand that once someone fills sibling slot in your affections, blood doesn't matter. It's a mental block. Why do you think guys have forever been smacked for using phrases like 'You're like my sister'?" And he wasn't even going to touch the idea of G. Sean liked living too much and the last thing he wanted was Marty to see some fantasy in his head Dad would kill him for later. Troy had no idea what the Hanna/Callen clan was capable of, really.

"I'll keep my memories of the twins, thanks. Really, they work for me. Of course, that could also be experience informing fantasy." He cast his friend a sly smirk. "I don't think I could do it, going back to school, a regular school. Sure, plenty of people to lust after. But, it's so far from Juilliard and the experiences there. I haven't taken more than one academic, non-craft focused course a semester since high school. Having to do gen. ed. requirements would kill me."

"Yes, because I can see how you'd miss that 6'2", 220 pounds of muscles living with you for months. Maybe you should have your eyes examined, because your dad is hard to forget," he said with a snort. "You mean I can get into more trouble than pranking a SEAL and a team of undercover agents? Man, you really do know how good I am. I guess we can try pranking Mr. V. next."

Troy made a face. "No, spoken like a person who knows who his family is, and I do love Alexis and Nell like sisters, but I can totally fuck them too," he said, grinning.

"You're boring, man. We need to do something to spice up your life." Troy rolled his eyes. "Oh sure, and here is the educational snob. I don't care. One, I do have credits so I'll be an upper classman. Two, I don't know what I'll be studying and honestly don't care. I'm going to be in college, with people. Classes are so irrelevant. It's not like these degrees will ever matter, we're probably not going to be around long enough to get degrees, but I'll learn what Mr. V wants, and then I'll have fun. Plenty of highs with people around. I might just indulge that exhibitionist streak of mine, since the other solution is kissing you on a dare... or during pranks. Man, dinner will be fun."

Sean just rolled his eyes and dropped the subject of his dad. Troy wasn't going to get it and that was fine. He didn't need to. Maybe the rifts would drop that elusive 'someone' his dad was always talking about into Sean's lap. Then they'd get it. "You're on your own with that one. This is to get me out of a mess you created. You want to try pranking Vance, talk to Nell."

Laughing Sean turned his head to look at Troy. "And yet, you're not, haven't, and don't seem to be interested in either of them. Big words, man."

He almost didn't ask. But, curiosity one out. "And just what would you suggest?" Grinning, he shook his head. "And proud of it. I worked my ass off to get where I was and nothing else is ever going to measure up. State school makes you happy, be my guest. It would drive me insane and I'm just as glad I don't have to go and can work with my Dad instead." And wasn't that a truly strange thought? He'd rather work with his dad? When the hell had that happened?

"You really do spend an inordinate amount of time thinking about kissing me," he teased. "On a dare, for a prank. If I didn't know better, I'd think you actually wanted to."

"Stop rolling your eyes like I'm an idiot," Troy said, but he was smiling. "I get what you're saying. I didn't think you literally meant that you forget about, but do you seriously want to discuss this right now? Those two are going to call us soon and your dad... I get he means a lot, but it's not something we need to talk about, because of a dare, okay?"

Troy shrugged. "Risk is too high with the pregnancies going around, and there are other factors. I mean Nell, I would go for. She's smart, good looking, but totally doesn't care about me. Alexis- she's young, and I might joke about sex, I might make dares about sex, but I'm not Brian. Sex means something to me... unless we're talking about something specific on a dare. I wouldn't dare either one of them. Doesn't mean that I don't find them attractive enough to fuck."

He sighed. "I don't know. You're impossibly boring, have spend too much time with your father, and follow rules a little too much. I'll have to think about this one, although pranking your dad is a good start."

He snorted. "Berkeley is a state school and just as good as any of the Ivy League schools. So yeah, I'm happy there, especially if it means easy classes that I can cut so I can spend time kissing other people instead of thinking about kissing you." Troy shook his head. "No, man, I just think a inordinate amount of time thinking about sex, since I'm not getting laid," he said, laughing, "but since you are related to so many people I'm not mentioning them. I can tell you all about the way I was thinking of being fucked over one of those desks at the office, with Callen getting that intense look he gets when he's concentrating on something, and that something is me, but then I hear something, and I know someone is coming, and he's too into it to notice, and I tell him to speed up, go faster, and we barely have time to come and pull up our pants before the door opens, and then I stop thinking about it," he finished grinning. "So it's not only you. You're the one that I get to kiss for real. I doubt that Callen would indulge my fantasies anyway."

"Nope," Sean agreed easily. "Not something we need to discuss." Dare or no dare.

"I was joking. I actually get that. It's why Alexis and I make good roommates. Neither of us is interested in the other. And there are enough babies coming." Sean chuckled. "Uncle, cousin, big brother even, I'm up for all of that. But, kids of my own are not on the priority list for some time."

The sigh drew a smile. "Sorry, man. I got my teenage rebellions out while I was a teenager. And, I have a healthy respect for the difference in punishments just anyone gets for breaking the rules and one of Dad's kids gets for the same infraction," he added with an amused huff.

"You want Ivy League, you can have that, too. I'm not dissing any of them. I'm saying they're not for me, personally." And when the fantasies of G and desks came out, that was the time to call it good for a conversation. He didn't need to picture his friend getting fucked by his dad's lover...especially not when he had heard enough of the reality between Dad and G to improve the fantasy with realism and, God, make it stop! Sitting up, he backhanded Troy's thigh lightly. "Come on. I think we're done here. Maybe dinner will distract you from both me and G for awhile. Seriously, you need to get laid, man, before you spontaneously combust."

"Good, we can leave serious for when I'm already depressed." Hopefully never. He'd seen how down these people got and he didn't want to become like them.

"Yes, no babies unless they are someone else's," he agreed, laughing, before sighing. "Boring! But damn, I wouldn't want to be you if your dad catches you doing something stupid. We'll just have to make sure that you don't get caught."

He dropped the discussion about the schools, because this was what they got and neither could decide. Instead, he smirked. "Are you offering? Because I've been up for it since around mid-January." He sat up as well, grinning. "Oh you meant with someone else? Come on, let's go."

I totally and completely relinquish my title as baby of the family to Liam. Although, I will be nice and not point out who's actually a day younger than I am. (I suspect it wouldn't make any difference, anyway.)

Do you need us to bring anything, Savannah?

I may be wrong, being an only child and all, but I'm pretty sure it's generational. You'll always be the baby for your generation. Sorry, man. Youngest by marriage/relationship doesn't count.

I'd also like to mention that before the discovery Troy was not part of the family so his birthday is totally irrelevant, although it's really cute that Dom and Jenna have the same birthday and now you and Troy are a day apart.
