Re: Sam/Sean
"Dad, I've seen G with Harley. I lived with you guys for months. Savannah might have been his excuse, but he doesn't have that dog for her. The only other living beings that get him to relax like he does with Harley are you and Savannah." Sean might not be a real agent, but he knew how to see people's emotions, to write the music that tugged at those emotions.
"Depends on the problem, I guess."
Sean sat thinking for a long time. "It's not that kind of secret," he said finally, deciding he was just going to come clean with his dad and he'd deal with Troy on his own. The look Dad sent toward G was more than enough to convince Sean he needed to put his foot down and stop this insanity. If not for Troy, who he still wanted to throttle, then for Dad and G who deserved the haven these family events were for them. "He doesn't know about a lot of things, like why I tried to piss you off with those dates at sixteen or why being around Nick makes sparks literally fly off my finger tips. I didn't want to get into it there in front of the Director and Troy said we were dating instead. Everything from there was just two guys who can't back down once they start something."
