Savannah looked at the email, shaking her head. Jenna made Sam look talkative and sociable. There was something very wrong about that. Still after talking to Marty, she sent a reply.

Hey Jenna,

We'd love to come over. Let me know if you need help with cooking or if we should bring something. We'll both be doing nothing in the afternoon, so if you want, I can come over and give you a hand, or not. Whatever you like, because I'd understand completely if you're jealous of your kitchen. I don't like anyone there, although Marty has been cooking, which is amazing and adorable, but I'm sure he would object to the word adorable.

Jenna's first instinct was to say that she didn't need help, but then Savannah was right and they both didn't have anything to do in the afternoon and fact was that the last part of the email actually made her smile a bit. That and Savannah was undoubtedly a better cook than she was and she did like good food.
