RP: Robert and Mike Who: Robert and Mike Where: their? house When: January 31, 2012 Summary: Robert hasn't come to term with the fact that they live together
This day had been a roller coaster. First, Savannah had shown up with that new girl in tow and told him about another dead person, flying to Texas, and taking a nap before leaving. It should have been simple, except when he woke up, he found Kensi's clothes neatly packed, and her personal things in a box. The sheets had been taken off and they were in the laundry. There was another set of things that belonged to Mike, because apparently he was moving in.
Robert didn't have time to question anything, because they were flying to Texas and then back. The arrival was the best part of the flight. Unlike last time, there was still light and they were on private property. There was no FAA to threaten him here. Robert had give them warning (Lady and Gentlemen, hold on tight unless you want to kiss the ceiling), and then he'd d dived turning parallel to the floor at the last moment. He'd flown like that before veering as close to a 90 degree angle as possibly with this craft and then going around to land. When they got out, G looked a little green, but Robert was literally bouncing. It had been the best feeling in ages.
That was when he got home. "Everything okay?" he asked as he came in and went to his bedroom.
"Great," she answered with a smile that Robert could hear even if he wasn't seeing. "Hey, Mike."
Robert rushed out of his room while she was still greeting Mike. "Where's the baby?"
"Oh, I moved him and all of your things in the other room. You said that you wanted to move and I know how tired you are and I was bored all day, and this way everything has been cleared up. I made your bed. I made Mike's. I used one of Kensi's sets, I hope you don't mind. All of her clothes are with Brian since he's dealing with clothes. I put the box with her things on your dresser. Everything is exactly the way it was in your room, except in the new room. I washed the bathroom, but not the tub, because it's so uncomfortable."
"You went through my things." He wasn't sure if he was asking or stating it. Savannah had a way of leaving people confunded.
"Yes, and everything is in its place and you don't have to do any work, and now I have a husband who's waiting for me, and you can thank me in chocolate," she said, grinning. "I'll see you tomorrow." She kissed his cheek and then Mike's. "Night."
Robert watched her go before turning to Mike. "How upset will G be if I kill her?" he asked. Not that he wasn't grateful for what she was doing. No one else had volunteered to help with the baby (not that Savannah had given them time or opportunity), and Robert trusted her with the baby, but going through his things: so NOT cool. Of course that wasn't even the worse of his problems. They still had Mike's things in the living room. He stared at the box and then at Mike. "Where do you want to put these things?"
