You've taught this group whatever you could teach them. Hanging around the infirmary isn't going to make them want to stick around when the bleeding starts. We'll scrap the assistant project. I was thinking of something else. You'll teach everyone the basics of emergency medicine: stitches, bullet removal, basic anatomy, how to use the machine. We'll divide the people by groups to make it more manageable. You have two days with each group, because in the end, whoever is there needs to help, regardless of job assignments."
