Normally when Eliot went into his room, April let him be. She knew that he preferred to work on his Braille in private, and she also suspected that he went to bed earlier than he let on.
Tonight though she had a question that she wanted to ask him, and as they had just gotten back from the meeting she thought it would do no harm to bother Eliot for a few moments. Walking up to his room, she knocked very lightly before opening the door. She started to say his name, but the sight of him clearly sleeping while sitting in a chair stopped her. No wonder he'd been having head aches!
If he had been lying on his bed asleep like this, she would have turned off the computer and put a blanket on top of him, but as he was sitting, she saw no other choice than to wake him up. He'd never get any proper rest sitting like that.
"Eliot," she said softly, stepping into the room and closing the door behind her. "Eliot," she repeated a bit louder but still soft. She wanted to wake him up, not alarm him.
