RP: Leon, Callen and Morgan
Who: Leon, Callen and Morgan
Where: the main house
When: December 14, 2011
Summary: Leon plans, but needs opinions from the two men who've been dealing with this mish mash of personality.
Leon hadn't wasted time since arriving there. He'd made decisions as soon as they had arrived, but being here a few days gave him a new understanding on how to do things. He also had time to look into the local situation. A few trips to Prescott, some to Williamson, had given them a better idea of what to expect. He'd even made a trip to the Prescott campus of Arizona State to talk about people in his community, getting the information they needed for that. Now, it was time to put things together.
When Morgan and Callen arrived, there was no where to sit but the floor. "I'd say make yourself comfortable," he said with his trademark half smile. "I have a few ideas that I wanted to run with the two of you, since you know the people. Let's start with our pregnant woman. I know all about women's rights and equality, but the bottom line is that we have no one to look after those kids. Until we find a solution, they will be staying at the ranch. I'm not missing six agents instead of three in the name of equality.
"Having said that, everyone will keep training, both in shooting and self defense, depending on their condition. Of course, we don't have to follow federal protocol anymore. As long as they can defend themselves, we can use anything. We can let Sam take care of that." He had faith that Sam could create a regime that fit what they needed to accomplish.
"There are five that needs schooling. The Prescott campus is useless for us, but the Phoenix one could be good if we trust them to go down there on their own. I will need opinions on that. It's two issues that I see. One, the one person I trust to send with them is also the one that we can send on a team. Two, do we trust these kids on a campus eighty miles away? Not just with their covers, but if something happens. Two are new, and Nick and Alexis are so... young." Not that John wasn't young, but he acted like a veteran. Too much had happened to him to be a kid. "I'm also thinking of moving the center of our covert operations in my house. Research, computers, office for Nell and Brian, one for you two. Of course, considering the space, office means a desk and a chair, but I want a place where we can deal with things. I'll just take the small bedroom." Space wasn't his concern.
