Waking up in an unfamiliar place was not normal for Peter, and he was on alert the moment his eyes opened, ignoring the linger effects of whatever they had been drugged with, "That'll teach me to trust cops." He grumbled, taking stock of the room where they were being held - though he didn't get much from their surroundings, other than the fact that all his belongings had been taken from him, but Neal was there - so that was something, he was a bit like a human Swiss Army Knife after all, at least in some situations.
"You seem to have us at a bit of a disadvantage." Peter regarded the man who greeted them by name - so they hadn't just dropped their belongings off somewhere, not that Peter though that was likely for a second. "You know us, but I don't think we've met before." No sense in losing his head just yet, though that was certainly on the agenda further down the line if they didn't start getting some answers.
