He wasn't the type who took long to wake up. He always felt on the verge of awake even when he was asleep so his phone snapped him out of sleep and the message got him moving. Reid stayed close to his team, even if maybe there were petty problems, this overrode all of that.
It didn't feel right to leave Morgan though, hurt as he might still have been. Some things didn't completely change as much as he wanted them to.
