Abby understood, so she nodded. Snow hit DC at least once every winter, but it was never enough to sick to the ground for very long until last winter when DC was hit with close to four feet of snow in one day. Needlessly to say, when she got to work, she slept in her lap for a few days.
"I've been too smart for my own good," she said. "At least that was what my dad told me when I blew up the microwave."
That makes sense, she thought before shaking her head. "Not that I noticed. Unless you consider not freezing to death in this weather as a superpower then I say we've both have it."
