"Nope. Guests don't wash up," John admonished with a smirk. "As far as we know, they haven't. But, there's really only a small percentage of us who would recognize the signs of a covert intrusion into the system. So, best to be safer rather than sorry."
Rubbing at the back of his neck, he huffed softly. "I might have gotten into systems the City didn't exactly approve of twelve-year-olds messing around in." He wondered if the records got sealed when he would have turned eighteen in his timeline, or if they were still on record because of his record after that with his mom. Not that it mattered now that Skynet was probably online and in control, he supposed. "It was while mom was away. I was a bit of an angry kid for those three years and acting out."
John chuckled. "Yeah, it didn't really bother me as much right after she got out of the hospital. But, last year, when I had a girlfriend I wanted to hang out with, no parental supervision required, then it bugged me. But, here, I get it. If no one knows where we are or we go out alone and something happens, we're pretty much screwed."
