"My thought on the subject is that even with bits of our pay siphoned off, it's not going to last that long if we need to stay off the radar. I don't know what you're planning but privacy and secrecy costs money," Neal had bought off more than a few people in his time.
"I'm not sure what Peter told you about me or whether you've read my case file on the Caffrey in this universe but I can help with creating things. I'm one of the best forgers around if not the best, the FBI nicknamed me 'James Bonds' for my work," he said, resisting the urge to smirk slightly at that. Peter had loved his nicknames. "I'll need equipment depending on what you want - Money, bonds even jewels. If we want to get Parker and Eliot involved, I could forge paintings and we could switch them in museums, sell on the originals through a fence."
He leaned forward slightly. "In this universe I never got caught. I never burned my bridges by working for the feds, I still know where my safe houses are, and for all my acquaintances know, I've been in France working on my suntan for the last however many months," he said with a small smile. "It just seems to me that we can use my freedom here to our advantage."
