He snorted. "With us, talking shop at parties is pretty much a give." It was their best cover. It was the reason they had started the parties to begin with. "I know, and it's something we've considered, but there's so much that we're doing. People basically have eight hours to do what they want, which is usually sleep and an hour and a half for dinner. They need to relax too." It was an old argument with him and Callen, being prepared versus mental stability. "Maybe one day, but not so soon after Nate. It's always a fine line between training more so we're prepared and giving them enough time to remember that there is a life to enjoy. We don't need these kids to snap. Or the adults, for that matter."
