Re: Savannah/Marty - After the Run
"He won't get to the middle of the room, but far enough to get close and make an impression, let's hang back, you take the right, I take the left, and we get him from behind." She put her bag down and rummaged to find something that she could throw his way without hurting him. "Nothing we can use. Any ideas? And I'm not tossing shoe."
She looked up at Marty. "You'll have to get inside my head since we have no comms, let me know when to stand up."
They split up and hid through Sam's little performance, and when he finished, she heard Marty tell her to stand up, just as Sam finished with, "As SEALs say, the only easy day was yesterday."
Marty cleared his throat as the two of them pointed their guns to Sam's back. "Not if you're dead," Savannah said, grinning. "You need to pay more attention."
Sam looked between the two and laughed. "I guess someone has paid attention."
He had barely finished that Savannah put the gun away and run to jump in for a hug. She had waited enough.
